Prada's Spring 2012 Collection has cast it's magic spell over the global fashion media and editors everywhere, with more magazine covers than any other brand so far this year. You don't have to ponder over this detail very much, because as they say, the proof is in the pudding, and when it comes to Prada, this one is irresistibly sweet.

Supermodels Isabeli Fontana and Natasha Poly cover the March 2012 issue of Vogue China, wearing two candied colour-blocked dresses from Prada's SS12 collection. Pastels and pleats make this a captivating look. Can't decide which one of these candy floss concoctions I prefer.

This particular plum beaded bodysuit has featured on 3 different covers: Daria Werbowy for Vogue Paris (middle), Eva Mendes for Marie Claire (top right) and Jessica Stam for Harper's Bazaar España. The models also wear jewels from the Prada capsule range.

This vibrant orange and golden lemon embroidered coat and matching body suit is the perfect ensemble to create an eye-catching cover. This was the case for Dazed and Confused magazine featuring Lauren Mullen (top left), Dutch model Anouk de Heer for Jalouse France (bottom left) and German belle Luisa Bianchin for Flair Magazine Italy.

This runway look follows a similar theme as the previous one, in a combination of blues and orange. Greek model Rosanna Georgiou (middle) covers Vima Donna, turning the ensemble into an edgy one thanks to grungy pop styling, ombré orange hair and Prada's flame sandals. Blonde actress Amanda Seyfried skipped the coat and wore just the bodysuit for a poolside spread in Elle magazine. This way, we get to see a new angle on the piece and its orange side panels. She wears Jimmy Choo heels to match.

If you're going to hop onto the Prada train of trends, this colour-blocked bodysuit is a good way to start. It has been seen on the March 2012 cover of Elle China (top left), on Greek beauty Doukissa Nomikou (bottom left), Twilight's Ashley Greene for Vanity Fair (top right) and Rachel McAdams for Glamour US (bottom right). The red, fuchsia and black bodysuit was shown with a sheer white pleated skirt on the runway.

This is one of the more whimsical looks from the collection, modeled by Abbey Lee Kershaw on the runway (left). It features a car-print bandeau top and petal pink and yellow flower motif skirt. Model du jour Karlie Kloss (middle) gave it a sultry overhaul on the cover of Vogue Australia, while Jessica Alba (right) played it cool with futuristic yellow Giuseppe Zanotti sculpted wedges for LA Confidential magazine.

The bodysuit is redefined in a more feminine manner, pretty in sweet pink and green florals with a bejeweled rose belt. Actress Jennifer Lawrence (left) donned the vintage-mod suit for the cover of Glamour Magazine UK April 2012. Songstress Lana del Rey (right) appears in the same look in the March edition of Vogue UK.

This sugary pink, black and aqua pleated dress (also seen in the first picture) showed a more delicate side to the collection. Teen actress Dakota Fanning looked fetching in an editorial for Elle UK. French model Aurelie Claudel was delightful for a fashion spread in Elle Russia.

Two different Australian magazines styled up this verdant green and metallic trimmed bodysuit with a with crystal rose necklace and multi-chain bijou belt. Jessica Alba (left) poses for InStyle magazine, while Canada's Jessica Stam graces the cover of Harper's Bazaar.

The success of Prada's Spring/Summer 2012 media campaign is irrefutably evident, with a multitude of features in just two month's worth of international magazines. I have a feeling we haven't seen the last of this exceptional collection. It's going to be a very Prada Spring.
